  • @guidi73 I think I can answer your first question: think of it like a different dimension. 4th, 5th, whatever special number you choose. In his book he references Flatland: A Romance of many Dimensions, a short story free online, it explains the difficulty in viewing and measuring another dimension. I still can't answer #3, sorry, don't understand (yet) myself :)

  • I guess what Tom is trying to say at the end is that at the being level you realise who you are and bad or good does not longer matter, no matter what happens you are fine with it, what really matters is "pime objective or prime objectives" which are evolution of true self. Human based brain intelligence does not see true self and it usually sees it self separate object why it has to use "judging" to survive, while being you are the the core is unbounded and everywhere. Tom correct me If wrong

  • Question, if a lab worker is carrying tubes of Cyanide and unknown to him he drops one on a trolley, then another worker pushes the trolley into a food court and unknown to her knocks the Cyanide all over someones food, and then someone eats the food with no conscious knowledge of the Cyanide on the food, according to your theory, how could the person die or react to the Cyanide if no-one knows its on the food?

  • @ogfunk187,

There is a rule-set ( we call it science) that determines cause and effect. The information about the poison is available within PMR -- whether anyone is aware of it or not is not relevant. The key is the availability of information in PMR, not conscious awareness.

  • I didn't quite get how he got so fast from very well explained things to reencarnation! That brings back many of the questions that he claims to answer with his big TOE:

  • Tom and the people that make all these videos please keep this up! Every video just keeps getting better and better and answers more and more questions. My Big Toe is probably a century ahead of its time. Thank you so much for all of this!

  • There is a good movies to watch about that : What Dreams May Come, Existenz, The Thirteenth Floor, Waking life, The truman show, etc...

  • Whoaa ! I just finished the interview .

That was awesome, I came at the same conclusion as him.

For the same reason that the non observed reality in a game like world of warcraft doesn't need to be calculated if no one is charging it or interact with it, To me, the double slit experiment reveal that our reality is not calculated if there is no consciousness to observe it (or mesure it).

  • If we just imagine what the game "the sims" could be in the futur (let's say 30 years), A.I. is evolving very fast and the evolution of graphism is mind blowing !

If a sim can learn from is own experience, and then have creativity, he will think he exists, like me, like you.

What if this sim begin to study is own universe ? what will he find behind ? Mathematics and proportions indicating algorythms, of course ! he's in a computer and everything is virtual.

It's a common point with us.

  • About evolution mistake. I ment it in this way. It makes better choice at the time - 1 cell organism to 2, then to human - but in long term, lets say humas iniciate nuclear war, and kill ALL LIVING ORGANISM on earth. So evolution fail ! That is what i ment on short term beter choice (monkeys stand on 2 feet), and it could develop long term WORS result - monkey kill all living organisim with nukes.

  • @borisZG55,

Sure evolution can devolve or produce something (including itself) that becomes extinct. Evolution is a work in progress, an open ended process of change. It has no specific end point configuration it is working toward fulfilling such that it can stop evolving when it gets there. The future is only probabalistic not deterministic -- stuff happens and probabilities change....the process is open-ended and thus has the potential to end badly as well as to end well.

  • @twcjr44

What is your stand on "DNA activation" ? Are you familiar with the term ?

  • @twcjr44 well put

  • Thank you Tom once again for all your fantastic work, truly appreciated! It is amazing that the big toe is something that we all innately know at a deeper level!

blessings to you & your family

    Inlakesh

  • your shattering every "belief" i once had mr.campbell...thank you!

  • If we could "hack the universe's computer" it would look a lot like "magic."

As it turns out Loop Quantum Gravity, which models the universe like a quantum computer looks EXACTLY like Hermetic occultism! watch?v=TufKcBa5RaI

  • to the last part, i hope i am not who i am in my dreams. in my dreams i am a loser and a violent, aggressive asshole. in real life im just a loser.

  • Tom,

Big Bang theory belongs to the same category as string theory. Many unfalsifiable assumptions and bizarre notion of expansion of space as if it stretches, but digital space cannot stretch; why would you evolve physical reality from tiny little dot, etc. In your favorite example of WoW the global map didn't start as dense particle of future gamespace.

Besides you can yourself go to the past history databases and verify that virtually any cosmological model out there is erroneous.

  • @Sh33un,

Our physical reality was not programmed like WOW, it evolved within a simulation. The simulation started with a small wad of high temp and high pressure...etc. (initial conditions) energy and a ruleset that constrained changes/interactions of that wad. The "big digital bang" started when the "run" button was pushed and the simulation began evolving according to the intial conditions and ruleset. Its still evolving.

The volume of digital space is just a number.

  • @twcjr44 But there are so many problems with big bang theory! You can't derive the present universe from big bang initial conditions. Cosmological evidence points out to the evolution of ideas of how the universe should be, not evolution of materials or structural elements themselves. I mean, galaxies, star systems, etc. appear already full-formed. I suppose there was a time when there were no knowledge whatsoever as to how create a world, so it had to be derived through evolution.

  • @Sh33un,

Physical reality isn't physical, it only appears that way -- it is virtual -- constraints on preception and function evolved within a simulation. Consciousness, an evolving self-changing information system is the only thing that is fundamental. Too much to explain in 500 characters or less. Watch at the Calgary lectures and much will be cleared up.

  • @twcjr44 I do really understand your TOE from books and lectures. What I don't understand is your appeal to flawed models of modern physics, especially concerning origins (big bang and biogenesis).

I'm sure you have wealth of experience in supersystem reality frames and yet I haven't read or watched anything from you that isn't already known in metaphysics. Why? Where is the details of consciousness evolution?

  • Well, if I'm wrong let Tom correct me, but I'm pretty sure that the scientist just knowing ( the guy that saw and recorded the data) would define the data as being brought into this reality frame, and unless the guy erased it and then either died or totally forgot what he saw you would get the 2 dots.....maybe someone else could elaborate?

  • The way I understood it, the erasure effect has the data as being recorded but not consciously witnessed. So its not the recording that does it, it is the looking at the data, the need to 'render a data stream' for an individuated unit of consciousness (observer) that brings it from probability to PMR. If the data is recorded but never looked at its as good as erased and its also as good as never having been measured. Thats how I interpreted it, Im sure Tom will correct us both.

  • @gyozajoe Would this hold true for a non human observer as well? Say a chimp for example? And how far can you go with testing this experiment with various life forms?

  • @cfnapoli I think because a chimp would not understand the data it would be equivalent to showing the data to a wall, or not showing it to anyone at all. No result in PMR would have to be rendered. A chimps individuated unit of consciousness affecting PMR for humans in this way would also break consistency. If the data was somehow related to something chimps are known to understand, something involving shapes or sign language, you may have a case, as it would be consistent.

  • @w2aiq Apologies if I have seemed to come off aggressive with my first response to you. I get passionate at times when I'm really trying to grasp something that holds phenomenal interest over me. My intent was to expand discussion, not challenge your intellect.

  • @w2aiq & goyzajoe &Cfnapoli,

To get the two dots on the output screne there must be objective information available in PMR about which slit the particle went through. Given that the objective information was ereased after it was seen by one person, does this one person's memory constitute objective information that is available to all? Perhaps "yes" if it is entirely credible (believed by all) and probably "no" if this persons story is not accepted as objective information.

  • I have a question. What about honest mestake ? System has 2 states, and ask it self, which states serve his funciont best ? So it evolves. It keeps the "best served" state, and dismiss other state. But what if state A servs us best only "now"?Lets say you want to build bridge. So you build one terace, and other on the one, and other on 3rd (so you hope to get on other side of river), and it all colapses after 5th terace. So acctualy state B (building boat) is long term better state?

  • @borisZG55,

Evolution doesn't mind making mistakes -- it takes the long view. Try whatever comes up at the time, build on what works and discard what dosen't.

  • Comment removed

  • @twcjr44

But how does it goe back ? If it colapses after choice number 10, then it has no choice number 2 (which was best at the time) ? Because demage of 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 alreaddy happened. how does it go bac to make choice 2B, and not 2A which it did ?

  • Thanks Tom for another great video....!!!

  • no I believe they would see just the 2 points on the screen / "blackboard"

  • @w2aiq How? If the publicly recorded data was erased by the 1 scientist observing in real time retaining the data secretively and not sharing the results with the other 4? The other 4 have no idea what the 1 scientist recorded. Let me add to this. What if the 1 scientist did not interact with the other 4 for a week? He made his observation, recorded it in his journal, erased the publicly recorded data, and left unbeknownst to the other 4.

  • Let's suppose there is a team of 5 scientists conducting this experiment. 1 watches the photons in real time while the others do not. He observes the photons going through the slit behaving like particles and records it in his personal notebook and does not tell the other 4 but erases the public data. When the other 4 come back to see the results, still unaware that the one scientist recorded real time data, are they going to see the fragmented wave pattern on the blackboard?

  • yes, i also agree that this is one of the best videos he has put up. great convincing theory.

  • This is doubtlessly one of the best videos Tom's ever put up! I've been waiting to hear this conversation for a long time. Thanks everyone for making it happen!
