I researched this again today after having seen this yesterday. Yesterday I wondered what "fanny" meant, and could tell by the context in the cartoon that it meant ass but you know what I found in another hour of research? Donald Duck is still "partially" banned in france for not wearing pants and "fanny" is still a "cursed word" throughout most of Europe. What the hell is wrong with those people.

@M1thotyn nonono, the reason is really easy: "fanny" in USA means 'butt, arse, posterior, behind, and whatever else you wanna call it' - in UK, however, "fanny" is a slang word for the female reproductive organ (vagina, cunt, etc) .. can you see now why the word fanny is VERY inappropriate in a childrens' cartoon (as far as European English is concerned) ? :D

@ThundagaT2 I think you're right, I just noticed that. That's probably Jim MacDonald (Disney's sound f/x guy) making those sounds. He was a pretty innovative guy, and he thought up some of the craziest ways for making sounds. Years ago, on the Disney Channel, I watched him show off some of his tricks of the trade, and was impressed. I strongly believe that his approach to sound design was an important element in the whole "Disney feel" to the films.

Remember how the log with the dynamite chased him through the house and he moved stuff out of the way and opened the door to let it out?
