It's built to great a huge Gov't and have them impede into your home. This bill will not allow you to sell your home until you upgrade it to their specifications. Do you like your home enough to die in it?
Having Gov't tell you to upgrade your home with energy efficient windows, insulation and anything else they deem necessary before you sell it is only one very small thing hidden deep in the bill where people cannot find it... People will have to borrow money just to get out of their homes. This will cause people to walk away from their homes much like the zero % interest situation that began this economic collapse... We have to think more constructively to move forward...
