if you wanna see it completely dewatered, just come to Shaver Lake this winter.. The dam face is going to be completely covered with watertight PVC geomembrane. Last winter SCE dropped the water only about 22m down, thats what you see in this video. During that time, we put membrane on the dam above water... This winter they should drop it all the way to the bottom, so the dam body will be fully exposed and we will cover it with the membrane during I dont know 2-3 months..
