I just recently tore my ACL and Meniscus on September 9th at Wrestling practice, even though I made and still make fun of Wes for crying. Tearing the ACL is one of the most painful things to do for an athlete which is why I respect Wes now. No I didn't cry but believe me, it hurt so bad that I was yelling at my coach "Coach! I think my knee is broken!" haha that's how bad it feels!
