  • sad that non of the LA red line street cars survive, we have to thank GM for that

  • nice band....Big Bad Voodoo Daddy is cool to though

  • RCR, the original dieselpunks! One of my favorite videos. (Bonus, I used to live in the LBC and took that section of the Metro Blue Line that used to be the old Red Line Watt's Local almost every day. Watching this video is like going home.)

  • I never noticed Eddie was not in the video before. Anyone know the history on that??

    Veikko! He crazy! (Bass)

  • never heard these guys before! they are awesome!

  • ummm i listened to them for years this is swing...they sing jazz and swing

  • love RCR but how is this punk or indie? they are under warner bros

  • They were on Side One Dummy before they got signed to a major...

  • Actually, they were on Side One Dummy after they got dropped from Warner Bros. They were on BYO Records before they kicked the Stern brothers (their only association to punk rock or indie) out of the band and signed to Warner Bros.

  • its swing what are you talking about

  • @Wurtle38 lol no dude this is hardcore!

  • This is such a great song!!! Love RCR. Only got Mugsy cd, but was wondering what album this is from and what year?

  • @G420S This is off She Walks on Fire, track 2. Been a huge fan of this band for about 15 years now... I'm really going nuts waiting for a new full studio album.

  • @RicoLen1 Thanks for that. I love this band, and have got so many people into them. Cant beat the RCR!

  • Just great! You should've been in LA in the early Nineties!

You could see some of these guys doubling in three different bands (Jump with Joey, Joey Altruda and Joey Cheezhee) on weeknights! The best scene Los Angeles ever had!

  • can anyone tell me was it this band who did a track on the film the mask if so what was it called and if not can anyone tellme who and what it was tall order i know but its doin my head in now

  • These were the boys that rocked the mask my friend, the song you're probably thinking of is called 'Hey Pachuco' - I highly recommend their live album 'Caught in the act' which has an awesome version of that song and many others that will swing your world too - jesus, I sound like an ad... I just love RCR, I've caught them live in Australia, UK and USA and they just keep getting tighter.
