dont do that stunt unless you have a one legged stunt down and a back hand spring..keep your legs together and keep your arms by your ears..then when you get in the air you both dropped your hip..keep working though!
the girl on the left with the white shirt needs to work on keeping her legs together and a little more on pointed toes while doing her backhandspring. woork on being tight with the stunt. push yourselves up too, help the bases with the weight
*in the back handsprings keep your legs together and straight ..
*and your bases should catch you ALOT higher in that jumpback.(i did that and its soo much easier when you are higher)
*and donjt breath when you are in the air.. it keeps your stomach ALOt tighter so you wont fall... you guys shoudl go to tumbling too.. for my team we did that kinda.. but instead of back handsprings we did eathier a backtuck or i tried a full for it once..
also i just watched again and i relized they didnt even twist out of it not to be a bitch or anything but i can double out of stuff like that and if i was in a prep i could tripple!

yea you can go that high in a cradle from an extension. your the one doing it way wrong. and the heel stretch is held wrong, hold the outside of your foot not inside.
@playboy280 Uhmmm cradles only go about three or so feet from the bases hands, and that's doing good. You can't even get that high when you are going from libs, fulls, cupies, etc. Maybe you need to stop coming on the internet and lying about something you have no idea what you're talking about.
@kandeerox NOt necessarily lying. Think about it putting your arms up you're about seven feet off the ground already. Then you think of the weight she has to be if she's only eleven. With those to consider that's how high your cradles should be from the top.

usually the heel stretch shouild be pulled to the front not the side...it shows more flexibility in the flyer.

nice job girls... but a couple helpful tips...
1. watch you legs on the backhandspring, they shoul be glued together! and also make sure your arms are locked out so you don't hit your head! :\
2. fylers stay tight on the way up to lib, it will make it 10X easier for your bases.
3. bases make sure your poppin' her with all you strenghth so she can get higher for full downs and double downs.
4. shove harder at the bottom of the stunt :)

for the healstrech u bring u foot to ur face not out to the side. the way u do it will throw u off balance and u can hit the floor. turst me it hurts

flyyyyersss!! when you do your backhand springs, get those legs straight!
&& be sure that the stunt is strong. bases and frontspot, try your best not to let her wobble so much.
&& nice heelstrech. and if your going to do a competition with this stunt, make sure the flyers are doing the same thing.
its a simple stunt. but it just needs some cleaning up. good job though.
