Costco in Greenville SC, coming soon to Asheville North Carolina?

Hallelujah! I've lobbied them, pleading with them to come to this area. I'm thrilled to hear this news! We need to belong to a warehouse and HATE belonging to Sam's, the only one available. I don't shop at Walmart and would prefer not to shop at Sam's. I've chosen Costco everywhere else I lived and was so frustrated they weren't in A'ville. Well, it seems they soon will be.  Yippee!

they just announced they are getting ready to begin work for a costco "NORTH OF ASHEVILLE!" should have it open late 2012. :D :D

I love Costco. Average time in checkout line is less than 2 minutes. The associates are friendly and seem to be happy to be working there. It makes a difference.

Wish Costco was coming to Weaverville. Even though driving to SC is worth it, I want it closer. It beats sams club in prices and availability of products. The store gets 4 Stars. ****

there was rumors that it is coming. If it is, the best locale would be across from northridge commons, since that will be developed as commercial land once the economy improves. we also need a target here. We have enough population to make it happen.

Hope it is soon. I would shop there the most and then the new Wal-Mart. Forget about Ingles, lol.

maybe we can still get one up here in weavervegas! There is like 10 acres of land for sale right off of the flat creek exit, that could be the perfect size for a costco. They even said that was one of the potentials.

as well as east tennessee and everywhere west of the I-77 corridor. I dont believe anywhere that is east of knoxville or west of the interstate 77 area has one. Talking about progress for all of them to come HERE..

i wish it was woodfin too. There is this tract of land that coleman is gonna develop, called mills place right off of the new bridge exit. That would be the most preferred place for a costco. Yeah all is good. How did you think of the new northridge commons today?
