I opened up a new window and had the actual music video playing in sync with your video and your video started speeding up compared to the original music video. Try it. Then work on your timing. Other than that it's pretty good. I could make a better one, no offense, but I don't feel like it and I don't have the patients for it. It's too boring making one.

Actually, MPC makes lag spikes that are unnoticeable but are somewhat significant when syncing up with other stuff.

If you try sync up two MPC songs that are playing at the same tempo and are recorded seperatly, there's a high chance that they will desync.

Regardless of what I do to it, it IS their music. Their chords, chord progressions, vocals, etc. I have seen Mario Paint compositioins taken down before due to copyright infringement.

I just wanted to add that bit as a disclaimer, mainly because I'm concerned about the next piece I'm releasing by Tool, and figured I might as well add it to all of mine.

I don't know if the remark is sufficient to counter a copyright claim, but it's the only way I know to try to keep the videos I made on Youtube

While there are several common chord progressions, it can be considered stealing if you use the same ones as another song that sounds similar (see Satriani v. Coldplay issue).

I don't want to argue about the silliness of placing a disclaimer at the top, I just know that songs on MPC have been taken down before. That's all I'm trying to say, just trying to protect my work.
