tuners and imports don't have neons.. if they do have them they're considered ricers.

and the eclipse with the body kit and roof scoop makes it look like a ricer and the spoiler is ugly as hell

for ps2 mods u need a mod chip and also the disc is to small to change smaller files into bigger ones say a small dodo into a plane so u copy files to bigger disc then you can mod
