Oh yeah! I guess he did travel u retards but look at this. If u were watching the game live, they showed a replayed that, yes, showed curry traveling but also getting reached in on. The KU players were practically hugging the damn guy! Jesus Christ! Give me a break dumbasses!
The first part is a travel when Curry switches pivot feet but I don't see the travel with the jump stop. It looks weird because it is going sideways at the three point line instead of near the goal but it looks perfectly legal to me.
I watched almost every game of this tournament and the refs SUCKED. Everyone was traveling like crazy and every time two players would brush up against each other there was a foul. just let them play for a little and if its not really a bad foul just let it go if you just called one.
just so all you preppy ass duke people know curry traveled as he passed it to thorton for the winning shot. cheaters ha atleast ohio state worked you all over like some little girls
but duke fans... best bet you cant say this... he can make that shot again in a game... you cant say that and you know it... just know its logical... im not taking anything from duke but admit it
if K.U. or actually tyshawn woulda never hit 10 turnovers, like if he had 9, K.U. woulda won, the last 2 turnovers decided the game. tyshawn's 10th turnover, k.u. woulda had a chance but after tyshawns 11th. that was the game. and thorton was the luckiest guy in the world. look how he shot @ 1:11. you know he jus threw that shit up. if K.U. played duke again this year... Duke would lose because K.U. doesnt lose to the same team twice in a season. and duke fans. im not hatin on yall. duke is good
really??? KU fans have some pride and class. You're saying you lost the game because of a travel that wasn't called??? You lost because your pg had about 15 turnovers. Stop making excuses and stop whining. Missed calls happen- even if he did travel you had the entire game to try and beat Duke and you didnt- your own fault not the refs.
@dab1432 Let's think about this. The travel is called and the ball goes the other way. KU then makes a "clutch" 3 and wins the game. Kansas fans expect their team to win EVERY game. While Tyshawn Taylor's turnovers was a letdown, KU always trusts the ball in his hands. Duke got lucky, and everyone knows it.
Lol he traveled not one but twice... And no foul on Kelly! Hmmm ku had no chance from the get go, refs suckin coach k's dick... Fun game to watch, woulda been even better if calls were made... Overtime maybe?
#30 walked like a bitch... figures the refs would swallow their whistle. Thomas Robinson made Duke's white dudes his little bitch. The Plumlee's are a joke
@seanwhitaker05 Duke won the Maui, Thornton wet that in that black dudes eyeball...Kansas might've had a chance had your point guard not dribbled the ball off his leg, i mean this is D1 college basketball...not rec. league
@lukem451 Agreed, but people miss this point - When teams see DUKE on the other end of the court they always try to bring their best game. Some teams relish the opportunity and play hard , and others fold. When DUKE loses even one game ESPN makes big deal out of it. Kansas wanted DUKE and played a hell of a game. Robinson is the truth I loved the way he continued to play hard, luckily DUKE got the win, but he will be a TOP 5 pick next year, BOOK IT!!
Kansas: 2nd all-time winning team, 5 National Championships (3 are under the NCAA... because the program is so old, 2 of the championships were before the formation of the NCAA), 53 conference championships, 13 final fours.
Duke: 4th all-time winning team, 4 National Championships (all being under the NCAA), 19 conference championships, 14 final fours.
Now, who sucks again? Please tell me. Enthrall me with your horrific reasoning!
even if he did travel which i dont think he did, take away the three point shot thornton made and even the free throws mason made and DUKE still wins 63 to 61.
@rebeljcw09 You forget that taking Thornton's 3 point shot away AND the free throws made by Plumlee (which, after all, you are suggesting) would also mean that they would have to put the necessary time back on the clock. Yes, let's consider your hypothesis and Kansas probably would have tied the game up.
the first time: His pivot foot was his left foot, he kept his foot down at all times.
the second time: He jump stopped, and established a pivot foot. His extra step before the jump stop is what most NBA players use (usually people think its traveling) is their dribble step or Curry maybe Crab Dribbled. But really the refs should of called it to make sure its a travel, Kansas would have to win in Crunch Time.
@EasyBreezy314 Considering that even the announcers on ESPN said that it was a travel during the game (I was watching from Tennessee), I'd have to say it was a travel :).
The Refs were pulling for Kansas. I was watching that game and there were quite a few questionable calls on both ends. Curry did travel but that's how it goes. There were many other bad calls or no calls so thats how it works. They just let em play
@wockawocka911 You obviously WEREN'T watching the game. If the refs were "pulling" for anyone, it was definitely Kansas. There were countless fouls that Kansas made against Duke that were never called. Don't try to watch a couple of seconds of a game and make false assumptions. Like someone said earlier, the refs were just letting them play ball. (They obviously weren't focusing on/ calling fouls).
@wockawocka911 you could argue the same thing for the rivers foul when the ref 2 inches away called it a block, and the other ref, who was nowhere near the play, called it a charge. good game
@cameroncrazie818 This call would've depended on the whole game. Yeah so the refs may have made ONE bad call for your team, but trust me, us KU fans were about to choke a b****. Also, when Tyshawn lost the ball, they would've called one on us for a hand check. Deep down inside, you know it,
@vidgamescool Calm down, it's only November. A lot of basketball left to be played. No need to be hostile, I said good game. Relax and enjoy the season. Neither team is gonna win it all this year, and I've accepted that. I'm usually uptight and anxious, but I'm just gonna enjoy the season.

The no call travel still annoys me, but Tyshaun "Turnover" Taylor annoys me more. He's stepped up lately though.

ManchesterBoy310 3 months ago
Oh and in order for it to be a LEGAL jump stop you have to land both feet simultaneously. Therefore it was a walk.
