How many times don't matter as long as you do it and enjoy and when you feel a release and feel more peaceful and happy that's when u know you have done more than enough. Be free with yourself and listen to your heart, your body is a good signal/satellite, it will tell me what you need but you must listen carefully and pay attention.

I would like to know why sometimes when I recite a mantra I cry like and idiot. It is not of sorrow per say, but a feeling that I have touch an idescribable feeling of longing of a state I lost!! Like a reunion with someone, I can;t stop the memory of I don't know what or where or why. Weird ideed. Sometimes my body can't take it. Very powerful and overwhelming!!! I am having it more and more and can;t stop it, but my family thinks I am going insane.Any explanation?

No you are not going insane, your heart is opening more and more and you feel the seperation from the Universal source. It is not crying but ecstasy. Your soul longs to go back to source. I experience the same too but now I am more in control as I know why. Hope this helps.
