2. while driving press up your vehicle should fly up!

3. press X + Square should bring you down!

FIXED!!! Heres the thing, if the cheat device doesn't come up, and your pressing R+Up, your doing the right thing so far. but to see your cheat device menu you need to put This "ms0:/seplugins/lcscheatdevice­.prx " In BOTH VSH and GAME (.txt). It should work!!!!

@GlitchesRule741 go to seplugins and create a text document called game and put ms0 thing and put the link in there and turn off your psp and go to recovery and go to plugins and enable it and that should work
