Thanks so much! I bought this on Amazon used and the company never reset the damn thing, I attempted to follow your directions, but the first time I put in the code it told me that the code was incorrect. I redid it several times with the same results, however I realized that maybe the unit I own is in a different time zone than myself, so I changed the date and it generated a different code this time. When I entered that code IT WORKED!!! THANK YOU!
