This is not a joke. I am now printing this page and will be filing criminal charges in both Criminal Court in Clark County Nevada and Federal District pursuant to NRS 200.471. Please note that a specific threat against an officer of the court is a criminal offense that carries with it severe minimum sentencing guidelines and that Nevada does have a long arm statute, federal criminal charges notwithstanding. Freedom of speech does not include a specific threat against an individual.

You are welcome to continue adding to the charges although I will advise you these count as enhancements and will increase the minimum sentencing guidelines.
