Actually, ironies run rampant throughout the drama. Growing up with the girl you've known all along is your sister? And then coming to find out she's not your sister? And then falling in love with her? It's kinda taboo, but for these Korean dramas, it's the pinnacle of ironical situations.
Really, you have no clue as to what really happened in the drama. It's pretty heart wrenching if you'd actually really take your time and watch the dang drama. Get informed before you inform others fool.

Unfortunately, it does not. Irony plays a big role surrounding the plot of this love movie. Almost like a Shakespearean tragic drama. Watch the movie and you'll see.
