These are simple to custom make. Just buy a sheet of Cuttable white EL paneling and screen gel dye/ink into the design you want and use a non-gel primer on areas you dont want to illuminate. Most bulb/LED backlit gauges can be directly modified with a el sheet without the need to screenprint.
