Yes, I must agree. When one considers the youth of the field and the general inexperience we have with dealing with the brain, it is difficult to come to solid conclusions. And, whether for better or for worse, their is also a strong liberal/leftist streak shared by many neuroscientists. One example I can think of is The Political Mind by George Lakoff, a very challenging and controversial book based entirely on new discoveries made in the field of neuroscience. Great addition to the discussion!
