Women make fine CW ops, by and large. I think they tend to have more patience when learning it than us blokes, and are less heavy handed in sending. In WW2, lots of women were employed as monitors at the listening posts. There's a certain YL op (a G3) over here who sends some of the finest morse you'll ever hear.
Where is she? Where is the contact? What band? About what time of day? Lots of question, I know!

The radio is a Vertex VX-1210 (Yaesu). Antenna is a fishing pole with a wire running up it. A wire counterpoise.
