@LuvHealthNConception aloha! my apologies for taking so long to get back...Shoyu is a Japanese soy sauce. The brand I use in the video can be found at any natural foods store or online. You could pretty much use any type of soy sauce to make a vegan gravy - just choose a high quality one that doesn't contain any artificial colors, flavors or ingredients. Next time you watch the video, look at the ingredients on the cutting board.
The big brown bottle that says "Organic Shoyu" is the product you're asking about.
Try Googling "Shoyu" or "Organic Shoyu" and you'll find out everything you need to know.
