The factory in Germany will also start to offer our kit together with our 5-axis mill.
Some amazing capabilities for a non-CNC lathe, but as with everything mechanical there is, I suspect a rub- the user is going to be taking that machine apart every so often to replace half-nuts or the full-nut if it has no half-nut to drive the carriage since the machine is dependant now on the leadscrew to do all turning, rather than using the rack. Also, with increased use of the compound feedscrew (as in the generation of the 1" sphere), that nut will need replacing soon too.
