This is really good for introduction to patient teaching or patient education. I would not let the pt take my b/p and bust up my ateries with all that pressure. lol taking bout workmans comp. I would have not used alot of techincal term depending on the education level of the pt. but over all dummy it up for the pt . for ex. "Mr. Jones your b/p represents the pressure of the blood flow against your ateries. the first beat i hear with my scopes is the top # last strong beat btm #. understand
