  • Awesome information! Not to mention how correct/accurate your biological descriptions are! (:

  • I posted a link to the class under the video in the description section - I tried to put the link in a comment, but it appears youtube doesn't allow that. Please just post any questions you have about the class!

  • I am actually teaching a 10 session teleclass on weight loss sometime this January - I can send you a link to the course registration page if you'd like.

  • Please do!!! I'm hungry for information and love the way you have presented it. I have read and watched so much on weight loss and fitness and I've never had it REALLY explained this way . Keep up the great work!

  • Hi Sumatra - I'm so glad the video was helpful! I'd like to post a lot more of these over the next few months, and it's inspiring to know that they make a difference - all the best!

  • Awesome video! I have struggled for years with trying to lose weight and continue to try. This put a lot into perspective for me. I will share with many of my family and friends who struggle as well...thank u!

  • I agree (sorry about the belated response!) Water fasting is too aggressive for most people. Brown rice and vegetable based detoxes with a short water fast to get things rolling are superb. "The 7 Day Detox Miracle" (a book) outlines a good program. Enzymes are critical, as is fiber. I also recommend a food-state vitamin C and an anti-oxidant with specific action in the liver - milk thistle or dandelion. Plus bentonite clay to absorb toxins in the GI tract

  • I appreciate this video. I'm not a fan of water fasting for detoxing. Would you agree? I feel water fasting releases toxins too fast and can result in serious health issues. I think a safe detox includes proving the body with fiber and live enzymes to help break down the toxins. I believe that even on calorie restrictive diets, the body can refuse to burn fat cells as a defense mechanism. Again we need to eat fiber with living enzymes to burn fat. Agree?
