They have the nerve to call it collegial or professional support, that is, when a nurse causes injury, or lies, or even kills, her peers are expected to back her up. Those who do not will find themselves out of a job, or subject to horizontal violence in the workplace so bad they are forced to resign. Nursing is no longer "The Caring Profession".
