Why do the coolest characters always die (Ulquiorra, Halibel, grimmjow[not sure], Ulquiorra, Staark, Ulquiorra). Well at least we still have Byakuya and Nel.
@xXkunishiwaXx thats not new, is almost a rule in the shonen. The hero will become exponentialy more powerfull when more power is needed to destroy an enemy. Naruto and bleach just change the source of that power, in those anime the power comes from something inside of the character, in the others the power comes directly from the hero (and his/her training of course)
Wonderweiss is the most annoying arrancar. Maybe he's a vasto lorde, but with his personality isn't fit to be an espada. Leader can't be an autistic child.

why do the main charecters in manga have like something really strong in them?
Ex. Naruto have nintails fox and Ichigo has an inner hollow

Many fans speculate this.
Besides Gin told if Aizen summoned Wonderweiss, it means he wants to finnish this battle quickly. That means he's powerful (he injured Ukitake).
Shinigamis think he's as powerful as espada because of his reiatsu.
