Viktoria Postnikova - Prokofiev - Piano Concerto No.1

I saw her play in London about 2 years ago, and it profoundly affected me. She looked almost suicidal - but in that incredibly meaninglful, stark and cathartic way that helps you to pull out, understand and deal with your own feelings.

The fact that she's apparently the only woman to record all five Prokofiev concertos reminds us that Martha Argerich has only recorded two, which is a real shame. I'd love to hear her tackle the mighty 2nd.

Pour avoir vu le couple en concert dans Rachmaninov et dans Prokofiev, je peux vous dire que c'est emballant ! Un vrai spectacle pour les yeux et pour les oreilles !
