  • my earliest memory is a nightmare at 3 years old (1977) i had from watching spectreman.. im pretty sure it was the episode where gori teaches the boxer-turned-monster to use spectreflash , near the finale) i remember running around and my parents trying to calm me in the living room but i thought i was seeing huge mountains of ants behind the couch...

  • I use to see it in channel 44 when I lived in Chicago. Brings back memories

  • @hovelarde i thought it was channel 66

  • @dareason27 You may be right but it seems to me that channel 66 did not exist yet and it was in channel 44 back in 1979 that they used to have commercials about spectreman. Perhaps my memory is fading and I would have to look back. Anyway, it brings back great memories.

  • @hovelarde I looked in google and it was in channel 44. There are other people who have also posted and remember it in channel 44 when they used to also show speed racer in that channel too. Wow, brings back great memories as a child growing up in Chicago.

  • OOOOh! 1979 every afternoon!

  • I remember watching this and it would say to be comtinued on a friday then the following monday they would rerun something I already saw and gave up watching this show

  • I use to run home from school to watch this show on Channel 7 SuperStation TBS every weekday.

  • Dr. Gori reminds me of George Bush a blonde monkey who wants to rule the world and doesn't care about pollution!

  • Im originally from Chicago and I remember when this used to come on Channel 66..lol Before the high tech cable and stuff. When you had that black and white TV with the hanger on it with the UHF little dial above the Big dial. CLASSIC STUFF!

  • wasnt this first shown in chicago on the afterschool lineup of WSNS channel 44 before they became exclusively spanish language? i think it was right before the time they started showing the scrambled signal of paid programming "ONTV" in the evenings, late 70s early 80's.
