Yessss! Very well played. I liked how Wynton plays it too. My friend showed me this a few months before my recital, but there is nooooo way I could of had this ready in a few months. LOL It's a beast but it sure does sound like fun. I played the first few measures for fun. This is a trumpet players dream challenge! LOL

Yes, this is perhaps my favorite trumpet piece. I found the above playing a little sloppy at times, but I don't hold anything against him for it. If you want perfection, get the recording! Wynton's version is totally awesome as well. Do you know of others who have recorded it? I'd like to check out other players too. Thanks.

@aty1234 Also consider that when recordings are made (including of Wynton) they are usually spliced dozens of times to weed out any mistakes or sections that don't sound 100% perfect. This is a live performance. Just a thought.....

Great playing, I met your father Max on Istanbul in 1993 he is also a great Trumpet player. Our group photo was in ITG's 20th year Anniversary edition. Best of luck man.
