The band was from Virginia. They recorded Garage Psych and Soul sides. They were (Sixties) Punk in the original American meaning of the term. That's the term that record collectors used before the meaning of Punk was usurped by the British in the mid-Seventies.
@DSilius Awesome. I'm trying to find out info on this band. Tey did Secret Of Mine too. Are they the Detroit - Lost Souls ? There were about 4 Lost Souls bands around in the 60's.

There was a Cleveland band called the Lost Souls in the mid sixties. The photo at 1:22 might be them but I don't see the lead guitarist Denny Marek.
