well if you know the other persons public IP address you might be able to reach him if he is using a modem and gets the public IP directly assigned to his interface, has no firewall in place and so on. It gets really tricky if they are using routers because only the router itself will be directly exposed to the I-net and not the PCs behind it

Thx man...of course there is no generic way of obtaining admin access on websites...also this would definitely be some kind of malicious intention so I'm not going to discuss this. What you mean by running scripts on websites? Using Vbscript inside a webpage? Javascript? ASP, JSP, Java Servlets?...I surely could do some videos on those^^ greetings
