The series seems to imply that when Flippy becomes evil, he's hallucinating himself on a battlefield as opposed to having a second personality, hence why in some episodes the scenery changes when he "flips". In fact, since in Autopsy Turvy he's presumably able to remember perfectly what goes on when he goes nuts, it's also implied that he does not have multiple personalities.

@glowinthedarkcheese He doesn't remember at first. The implication for DID was pretty obvious in his finale. PTSD may trigger the shift (because it makes him think he's in danger and so Deathy comes out to protect him), but he definitely has DID.
