From its shape you can tell its a bug walking along the protective glass lens of the camera,which is reflecting the infra red light back into the lens hence the reason it is out of focus. The Croxteth Hall ghost is a white lady seen descending the interior grand staircase. To my knowledge nothing has ever been seen outside in the grounds.

I dont know what to make of this vid... could be a bug thats really close to the lense of the camera and to the eye it looks then as if someone walks (or floats whichever you feel better with) on the path, coming from the woods. But it cant be a regular guy in a coat, because there is no shadow on the ground... And the lights come from the side, so there should be a shadow if its a person... Well, thats my thoughts, like I said, it could be just a bug...

to me it just looks like some blurry footage of someone walking . I bet if someone where to walk buy wearing a white coat in the same area it would show the same thing, and don't get me wrong I do believe that there are other things out there but this isn't one of them

My thoughts are..I guess if that was fact and CCTV cams record with such low quality..then..NO ONE would have to be concerned with "big brother" watching from the 3 million set up through out the UK.

I don't think they would allow such low quality for their cams with defects like that...If that were the case..they would never catch anyone at all, from watching them.

I might just be stoned, but at the last part I saw like a devil face in the road.. The two different roads going off form the horns, facial features can be deciphered. Triangular face.

Im not suprised at all.I know ghosts exist.Good video though,i guess its shows the non believers somthing but they will say its fake as always.
