Why is it always me thats gonna teach these kidoz how to run cmd! If its blocked or you cant find it go to desktop.

1.Right click then NEW then SHORTCUT.

2.In the SHORTCUT write ´´cmd.exe´´ without these ´´!

3. click enter then finish.

4. Now you can acess it. Its in the desktop!

the only thing you are circumventing is the DNS lookup. most decent "website blockers" work off content and this method just will not work

@vkmicro2 you can use goolgle translate as a proxy. you can use team viewer and maintain a connection to your home computer and use its internet. load tails on a flash drive and boot it. pay for a vpn service. also any standard web proxy.

you can get the website ip with the PING and tracert command
