this is very close to perfect for my ears .. great orchestra/conductor and a great, clean voice. also i find the ornaments are perfectly placed and incredibly well executed. AWESOME. i almost cried.. XD

It's so lovely to hear all the different versions of this that are available. I have enjoyed Emma Kirkby, Barbara Bonney, Emily van Evera and also the version executed by Les Arts Florrisants; all of them say something different, but I especially like this rendition as it is just so natural and the voice is not 'affected' stylistically as some others.

this is an amazing piece, I'm studying Dido and Aeneas for GCSE and this is my favourite part by far, it has been a joy to study.
