Yes, I believe they were. That depends whether this is before their birthday (June 13th) or after their birthday in 1990. So 3 or 4 years old, in this clip. I think their mom took them to auditions on "Full House" when they were 7 months, and they started shooting scenes when they were 9 months old.

Their first movie "To Grandmother's House We Go" was released/shown on TV in 1992, I am not mistaken.
