Estrada vs. Rhode Island. Precedent was already set that, it is in fact, illegal to not carry citizenship papers, next time you get pulled over, tell the police they don't have a right to see your driver's license... SB 1070 merely seeks to actually enforce what is already a federal crime, at the state level. Do people not bother to do research ?
