  • Poor ducks lol

  • HOLY CRAP 150$ ALMOST DISSAPEARD

  • What an idiot

  • Not only stupid for even trying, but to buzz the quackers is completely wrong.

  • Schade das dir die Schüssel nicht abgesoffen ist... was erschreckst du auch die armen Tierchen... :-P

  • 0:22 AWESOME FART!!!

  • couple years ago my 50 size nitro create some vortex over snow,it got in to my receiver, the whole helicopter went crazy took off by it self and smash the snow

  • @stealhty1 helicopters don't fly well in very cold weather...makes the gyro go crazy

  • electric copters shouln"t be near water

  • poor ducks :c

  • @stealhty1 - Thanks

  • Dude you've got a set to try that. I'd say the tail blades would be fine...but get the electronics in the water, and you're toast. Is your rx not mounted on the bottom? I'd say there's a good risk of it getting splashed. On another note, those ducks think the world is coming to an end.

  • @pi3k - Everything is mounted in its stock position. Any deeper and the water may have messed with the electronics, especially the RF.

  • just luck try it in a real heli :p

  • @gpasi420 - The tail rotor blades and supporting drive train hardware of a real helicopter would never handle the strain. You'd be going in.

  • How does this fly compared to new blade 450 anyone now the differences between the two? thanks

  • You should try with the rotor head in the water and fly out next time, lol. Have a 450 with onboard flip hd camera, cam mount and floats, landed on water then a gust of wind tipped it over. It was my fault for flying on very gusty day 15-20mph.

  • @TheFido03 Do you have a video of that?

  • look a the DUCK!!

    ITS F out lol

  • poor duckys

  • You are really crazy :P

  • your engines must be hungry of water

  • @kestrel8888 - Lol. New form of "water cooling"

  • The duck's like, WTF?

  • Very lucky that almost end up in the water and ruin it.

  • nicely done, I'd say point proven! good job guys, awsome display.

  • @ranoldoe - Thank you.

  • I wonder if you would get the same result with a bigger heli that has carbon tail blades....seems like they may shatter when you touch the water with them, maybe.

  • Die Enten jagen was.So ne Scheiße gehört sich nicht.

  • hows chopped up baby duck soup anyone?

  • 'What the duck?!'

  • nice save

  • LOL

  • lol i laughed

  • boring

  • hahaha 20 feat ..

    but nice vid

  • Nice!!! Waterheli

  • @TheLindi1983 - Lol.

  • So.....you have waterproof RX and ESC or what?

  • @NitroJunkie626 - Nope, all stock.

  • you are Hardcore

  • incredible, ive never seen that pulled of before. great job

  • more ass than class i think.

  • cool

  • LOL! Funny...and you some kind of crazy heli dude for sure!

  • Almost made a paper weaght out of that one lol. Luck was on your side!!

  • That was a great vid, you have some huge balls doing that. I went in the local pool upto just above the skids, any deaper and I would have just shit. And I can see that you were a good distance off the ducks, they have much worse shit to deal with when crossing infront of traffic, so thats nothing to them...lol. Keep up the great work.....

  • @8682morts - Thanks for the kind words Morts. Yeah wanted to see what would happen and "dispel" the myth. Glad ya liked it. Happy flying my friend!

  • @8682morts Lol about the Ducks! XD

  • Yeah, 20 feet my ass.... Sorry the city is taking the actions they are, but that was close enough to scare the ducklings... Not cool man.

  • @jbailey618 - No really, we are about 20 feet away even though it seems closer. We're about 100 feet away from the ducks, and the cam is zoomed all the way in. It has the effect of "flattening" everything out and it looks closer together. Try it with your own cam or binoculars sometime.

  • @jbailey618 ever hear of perspective dumbass?

  • That demonstration pretty much proves the point, I'd say!

  • do it with the main blades ....:)

  • @SuckeroftheYear - You gonna send me a check for the heli to do it with?

  • Wow buddy aquatic wonderment. Watch that duck it's a lu lu!

  • great flying i would love to fly my b400 like that hope to get better this summer

well done what a good heli the balde is

  • Awesome heli control, I love ducks, so be careful.

  • @khxml - Thanks. We were careful to keep our distance from the ducks, they're just everywhere on the lake. Unfortunately the city is enacting an ordinance to euthanize many of them.

  • lol

  • Nice way to scare some ducks lol.

  • Hehehe, I love those slow motion videos with sound.

  • Now I know why you are called "Crazy". Insane.

  • Cool....adrenaline spike for sure

  • If you had gone half an inch deeper, your ESC and reciever would have soaked, and the heli would be history. :)

But I got to hand it to you, that took some balls. :)

  • You are Quackers to do that to the Blade 400 but pulled it off well done.

  • Do that without the tail fin and it will be a different story. The tail fin in the water prevented the plane from twisting to the right rapidly and probably going out of control.

Those birds will be fine..If they don't like heli's they should stay the hell out of ponds.

  • Wow.

  • Cool.

  • You're nutty CrazyHeliDude! Good stuff ... :)

  • Rob that was cool! I've seen the tail blade just skim the water but this was a PLUNGE!! Dude, i bet you were scared! I would've been! lol.

    Great vid, loved it!!

    Will.

  • Hey the Birds are OK. Besides, you told them to DUCK. Quack quack quack.

  • Well, maybe a funny experiment, but scaring the small birds like that isn't funny at all in my opinion. For their sake I wish you'd drowned the heli...

  • @Frobard - For their safety we mindfully and purposefully stayed at least 20 feet away from the birds so they wouldn't be harmed. - What's more terrible than the heli is that the city is now *intentionally* euthanizing these little ducks because they say there are "too many."

  • @CrazyHeliDude Join the ducks like Jake Sully joined the Na'vi in Avatar and defeat the city :)

  • Amazing and a true test of what a work horse the b400 really is to out hobby 5 star and a few to the heli!

  • I see you have given up on using fishing line and gone with a harpoon style strike!

  • I really thought it's a goner... though little deeper and you might of been, close call ? :)
