nopales were on sale at my local grocery store this week for 88¢ a pound and I instantly thought of you Daniel! I purchased two larger sized ones and I will try this. We usually put nopales on tacos n such.

Could you show me how to make the pickled turnips that are served with hummus at the restaurants around here? I have tried to buy them at a deli but the turnips were soggy, and the ones I have eaten were crisp and tart. Thanks The omelet looked yummy.
