um it looks like that from a heater truck running on the other side of the tank your emmisions. the water in those tanks must be warmed up to over a certain temp. cold water going into a very warm hole will cause the well casing to crack, then you have contamination issues. learn the process before you call wolf.

it is just steam....most of the water when it the flowed back is 200*+, infact most of the time the water is boiling

If its a FRACTURING process then its bleed off or discharge from the frac. Totally chemical free emmissions. Your video isnt clear, need to see more of the operation to even tell if it is a frac. Never seen frac tanks with MUD FLAPS!
