i have a HD4670 IceQ Turbo 512mb (which is like a little over half the performance of your HD4850). if i do CrossfireX, i'll be playing Crysis amazingly on my 1280x1024 monitor. i'm getting avg of 18 fps rite now, 26 fps if i mess around with the draw distance and disabling POM. lowering the res doesn't help much.

i was an xp enthusiast but after the tests with vista and the later 4800s this is definitely a worthy upgrade.

yup for you that should run pretty smooth and at high you should average around 25 fps. i'd keep AA turned off though, there really isn't too much difference and its just an FPS killer
