hey pdt, now this beat was composed by kingston and young god right? if so how was it done, sounds as if theres isnt any sampeling, so it was made from scratch? do they play instruments themselves, just wondering.

no, this is just a mix they did of stuff that they like...the tracklist is in the description...i think its just the band names though and not the songs. they do however, play instruments.
