look at 5:59 - the driver of the red car (who made almost all of the mistakes the other one did) is too stupid to park in the box.

On the other hand: the RadFlexx Driver crossed some lines - but was anyone hurt or was it dangerous?

That's a thing I don't understand about the USA. They're (sometimes extremely) tough on small issues, but then again you can walk around with guns.

I hate it when people in general do not signal when turning or making lane changes. I especially hate it when they cut across a parking lot. I almost got hit by some dimwitted idiot when I slowly backed out of the space that I was in and he cut across the lot like he owned it, and almost nailed me from behind!

Here's the upside...had it been a cop, that guy'd be off scot-free with no inquiry.

And Celedam, they CAN ticket you for chickenshit things. If they're bored, if they are having a bad day, if they have a quota to meet. The fact is is that we are at their mercy, and usually they have nothing to fear when they break these chickenshit laws...

If ANYONE can be ticketed for these minor infractions, then you'd better believe that those who can ticket you should live up to those laws.

If this qualifies as hypocrisy -- that is, if Redflex and the Arizona cops routinely ticket minor infractions like those -- then you're right, you have a problem.

But that doesn't pass the smell test. Every driver in every state sees a thousand such infractions every day, and the cops would be drummed out of office if they actually tried to ticket every one. They're not that foolish. They need the public more than the public needs them.

Just a note: Stop signs that were placed by property owners on private property are not enforceable. They are merely a suggestion for traffic. A parking lot is not a public road or highway.

The driver of this van could be considered reckless and be cited as such. The driver following and video-taping did commit the same violations, but it was in order to keep up with and document the actions of the REDFLEX VAN DRIVER WHO IS IN A MARKED LAW ENFORCEMENT VEHICLE.
