Both women and men have a right to go out and have a quiet drink as long as they are not harrassing anyone else. Yes both women and men have the right to do so.
Since majority of these victims were women, we mention it that way.But yes, both men and women have the right to go out .There is absolutely no necessity that everyone sits inside their own house and drink.
