great, tried it and now i have no title to anything, do not stop paying until you can be in a position of trust, the courts are the banks right hand, they do not care about any of this stuff, they do not follow statute or case law, or worry about dishonor or substance because there is no honor in our courts just corruption.
If you asked me to lend you £100 and I only had £50 how could I lend you the 100. I could'nt but banks do. they can lend out 8 or 9 times what they have..its fractional reserve banking, well its fraud actually . In fact some say they are lending you your own money from your own trust fund set up when your birth is registered and of course you pay back with interest. Money dosnt exist. Only bits of paper and coins.Fail to pay it back and they take your belongings that do exist and do have value.
I can understand this working with credit card/unsecured loans but with regard to mortgages, because the bank registers a charge against the mortgaged property with HM Land Registry, would this enable them to be successful with a Repossession Order. Also if you ever wanted to sell your house, a solicitor has to pay the bank their money back first and you only ever get the remainder. As all these corporations work together I do not understand how this could be avoided, any ideas?
All good, i would just advise folks to be aware that there are disinformants on the fmotl forums, Veronica Chapman herself is a genuine human being, but from what i can see she has been made to leave her forum for nefarious people to run. However saying that, the templates that she made available on fmotl.com are the best ones to use. Also, stay away from "getoutofdebtfree", that site is also run in the same manner as mentioned above, They purposely provide templates letters that won't work.
Check out the lawful bank,its an idea at the moment.
