geez...every video i watch bout checkboxes on 2007 show the developer tab...my computer aint displaying no developer tab...im like 3 hours into a project and im about 2 seconds away from destroying my computer...
@MrTANMAN808 go to the round button at the top left, click on Word options, on the Popular tab set "Show developer tab on the ribbon" to checked, hit OK. You should have the dev tab now.
what if in the same page need to use for filling up "Opinions" in the form and need to leave some blanks lines for them to type in after they received the form ... if use protection then they won't be able to type anything in the filed, is that correct? so, how to tackle that?
and if the check box, don't wanna use the X but a 'tick' instead (like what they were in 2003), how to manage that?

Unnecessarily complicated crap like this is the reason why I got rid of Word and Excel 2007 and replaced them with their 2003 counterparts.
