  • What a puss! OMG!

  • Try a little pickle juice (1/4 cup), then a glass of water, or pedialyte (less sugar than gatorade/powerade

  • omg,his body is beautiful!

  • lol the guy at 1:36 is like "i got my own problems man" HAHAHahah

  • to answer a question I've just picked up. Yes - any 'athlete' who uses steroids looses credibility because of their chemical little helper.

  • @natalieedwardsvideos Not in bodybuilding. In bodybuilding it is part of the sport. Bodybuilding is about pushing the human body past its natural limitations with a combination of a deep knowledge of diet, exercise, physiology AND chemistry.

It's not "cheating" in this context. It's as necessary to the upper levels of the sport as a supercharged engine is to a race car driver.

  • U know the best feeling???.......its when u get a cramp in ur calf in the middle of the night, and then as soon as it goes away it s like heaven.

  • Just another reminder how complex the electrolyte balance really is. Not just about water/potassium/magnesium/calcium/zinc intake, etc. All sorts of things come into play. Poor guy!

  • I feel sorry. I think his potassium levels may be off. Dude, go to MD and have labs drawn.

  • having so much muscle and so little fat im not suprised body builders get cramps... feel sorry for them when it happens :(

  • That must be so frustrating after all that work.

  • i just had the most violent leg cramp that lasted about 20min. my glutes were spasaming and it hurt sooo bad thats why i looked this up

  • well atleast i now know if i hear creepy music im about to get a cramp

  • eat some bananas guys

  • man i felt sorry for this guy, everyone else are dickheads who couldnt give a shit

  • water tablets just one of the many drugs taken but probably the cause of cramps it happend to Dillett At the Arnold in 1994, it wud be so interesting to see what these bodybuilders look like with out any drugs ?.. probably not very good after observing ther slopy training techniques n poor diet advice oh ya n the stupid supplement advice but u cnt blame them for that cz sumone as to pay for ther huge drug bill at the end of the month !!!

  • too much STEROIDS!!!!!!!

  • take away from the hard work your brother used to put in, or any other GREAT athlete for that matter.

  • thats so fucking gross

  • I cramped one time, and dramatic music played in the background.

  • @TheTrollOfTheTube If you ever hear scary music start to play...get the hell out of there!!

  • @gatomjp Rofl that one caught me off guard!!! GG

  • his body is beautiful

  • whether they use steroids or not it doesn't matter because it means nothing without the work, training, dieting involved.

  • My fingers cramp sometimes

  • I'm of the firm belief that if someone has drugs to help boost 'performance' then it's not really a fair activity. Bodybuilding would seem more impressive if it was all through hours down at the gym and not drug use.

  • @natalieedwardsvideos There is such a thing. It's called NATURAL bodybuilding. I have videos about that on my channel. People are free to choose which style they prefer.

  • @natalieedwardsvideos EVERY single professional and Olymipc sport almost all of the athletes use steroids. In the NFL, the average player uses more steroids than the average pro/national level bodybuilder. I bet you didn't know that. If you don;t believe me you can just look it up yourself the information isn't hard to find. So what now, do all professional sports lose credibility to you, or maybe you should just learn more about something you don't understand at all. It's all about hard work,

  • @Fir3fly798 Even with steroids it's STILL about hard work. Now you are showing YOUR ignorance.

  • @gatomjp I'm not showing any ignorance as a matter of fact. I'm well aware that it all about hard work to get to that level of physical development, and steroids are simply a piece to the puzzle. I was just pointing out to that moron commenting that if he thinks that steroid usage makes a sport like bodybuilding seem less impressive to him, than he must not be able to appreciate any sport at all. Or maybe he is just naive t that fact. Mike do no call me ignorant; I would never say anything to

  • @Fir3fly798 My mistake. Apologies.

  • @gatomjp True dat.

  • On the bright side, 50 cent is playing

  • I've heard that a famous BBer had a big cramp during front double biceps end was taken away by the stage by 4 people...do you remember his name?

  • @donniebrasco3 that was paul dillet on arnold classic... the 90s

  • @KakoZovemSe TYVM!

  • @donniebrasco3 Paul Dillett,it was at the Arnold Classic.Never could find any video of it.

  • Definitely something to do with salt, lack of I believe

  • @bullough8 Correct.

  • FML

cramps are the worse thing to happen, but the guy is an idiot. when i cramp i drop and let it rest

    he walks on it!

  • So what happens to your muscles when you get old? Everyone asks me that. I am not a body builder but i am a sprinter and i work out alot. I just tell them i live fast and die young so i just dont give a shit.

  • @drinkinmonster

Live fast, sure, but die young? No, die old. Unorthodox. I don't live by 'the rules'.

  • He needs 2-3 sodium spoons put in water glass and drink it, he has electrolyte

dis-balance, that's causing muscles to cramp.

  • @BuRninsh Bingo! Give that man a prize! Yes, that turned out to be the answer.

  • @BuRninsh no shit... they eliminate salt on purpose when theyre cutting precomp.. sodium causes u to retain water.

  • @BuRninsh Its ok to drink salt water like that? Because i have flat feet and i love shoes and they dont get along well.

  • @BuRninsh like salt? Will this seriously help because I have been having alot of cramps after sprinting, and its really inhibiting me from reaching my full potential. I have tried stretching but that does not seem to help very much.

  • i had a friend who took a shot of steroids that turned out to be a very long acting and hard hiting anti psychotic that sent him nuts for 2 months...fake drugs are no good...he couldnt stop moving couldnt talk properly and didnt stop dribbling for a long time..bad news

  • he looks disgusting

  • winstrol overdose lol

  • hahaha love all the roid talk :D moderate steroid use or not, doing coke is still doing coke, doing roids is still doing roids. personally i do not like it not because it is bad, because i see it as a way of cheating, but also i do know it is bad.

If you want a good looking body, train, end of story.

  • @gatomjp moderate steroid use....nuff said.

  • too much clen

  • JK those things are real

  • Fake

  • @GenoRocks71 Absolutely real.

  • woahhh that guy has the flattest feet I've ever seen!!

  • umm water and potasium potart, you need to eat a shit load of bananas so you dont cramp up and drink water, i know they dehydrate to give them that tighter look but at what cost buddy

  • Lol@ music

  • If you want gynecomastia, take steroids. If you want to be impudent, take steroids.

If you want testicular atrophy, take steroids. If you want to know what steroids can do, look it up online. There are hundreds of peer reviewed, scientific papers that show steroid use is a BAD IDEA. End of story.

  • @SanRafaelSwell Steroid OVERuse is a bad idea. Moderate use is therapeutic.

  • @IronSportGym

Show me one peer reviewed, scientific paper that agrees with you and I'll concede. Until then, I'm sticking with the scientifically documented fact that steroid use is a bad idea.

  • @SanRafaelSwell Show me one peer reviewed, scientific paper that proves steroid use is bad? And i'm talking about steroid use, not ABUSE. There are no long term studies positively linking steroid use to any negative health affects. They haven't been done.

  • @stevied7777

Then explain why there are dozens of such articles on PubMed. I can't wait to hear your excuse for this.

  • @SanRafaelSwell

No, you link me directly to a study that proves what your saying, i'm not wasting my time trawling PubMed just to prove you wrong. Steroids have been around since the 1930's and are a wonder drug for people with muscular dystophy type diseases, burn victims, cancer and AIDS sufferers yet according to you if given to a young healthy adult male they are dangerous and make you sick? Explain that?

  • @stevied7777

And how do I do that when I can't post a link? Perhaps the titles of some of the papers would suffice.

Estrogens and the Human Male (Marcus, Korenman) Discusses the formation of breasts in males from anabolic steroid use.

Medical Issues Associated With Anabolic Steroid Use: Are They Exagerated? Journal of Sports Science Medicine. (Hoffman Ratamess) Discusses impotence in males that use anabolic steroids.

  • @stevied7777

Response of serum hormones to androgen administration in power athletes (Alen, Reinila, Vihko) Discusses testicular atrophy in men who use anabolic steroids.

Hope you are a happy lazy researcher.

  • @SanRafaelSwell

Testicular atrophy, gyno, impotence, all well know SIDE EFFECTS of steroid use and all reversible once you come off them. All drugs have side effects, I'm talking about serious long term health issues. Lazy researcher? No, just got better things to do than bandy words over the internet with an ignorant fool. As such this will be my last post.

  • @stevied7777

Not only are you lazy, you are a coward and your thought patterns are rather askew. "I'll take steroids and let my balls shrink, its okay. I won't get addicted, I won't get aggressive or be depressed. It will all go away when I stop, " said Stevie. You see, he refuses to live in reality, probably believes in god too. Bummer.

  • @SanRafaelSwell What about moderate steroid use? HAve you looked into the research on that?

  • @gatomjp

Can't find any studies on the topic. Do you know of any I could look at?

  • @SanRafaelSwell Nope. Because there aren't any.

  • @gatomjp

Okay, then I must remain skeptical on the point as don't feel informed enough.

  • @SanRafaelSwell That's the problem...no one is informed enough. Not the doctors who claim to know what these substances will do over the long run, nor the legislators who are making laws, based on no real information, that you must obey or go to jail.

  • @SanRafaelSwell There are also MANY peer reviewed scientific articles that show the many benefits of anabolic steroids for cancer and AIDS patients such as increased RBC, T-Cell count, increased muscle mass, increased bone density, increased appetite, etc. These same peer reviewed studies only show insignificant and reversible side effects.

  • @bd56

Using steroids for medicine is NOT the same as using them for body building. Hopefully are smart enought to know this. Tell me, why are anabolic steroids ONLY legal to use under medical supervision? They don't use anabolic steroids for those things either. They use corticosteroids. They are different though they can also have side effects. The use of anabolic steroids in cancer treatment has been replaced with Epoetin Alfa for the most part. It works better.

  • @SanRafaelSwell I do believe I'm smart enough to know this. At least my A&P and Phys. Chem professors think so. The reason why steroids are only legal through medical supervision is due to the Anabolic Steroid Control act of 1990, and 2004. It's funny that Congress came up with this decision even though the FDA and AMA were against scheduling these drugs as a Schedule III Class drug. Speaking of corticosteroids, they have been know to have worse side effects than anabolic steroids.

  • @SanRafaelSwell I also wanted to mention that I'm sure Epoetin Alfa is effective in cancer treatment. However, I'm sure that it has nowhere near the the effects of increased nitrogen retention and protein synthesis as a low dosage of Tesosterone, Anavar, Oxymetholone, etc. Increased nitrogen retention and protein synthesis is vital in preventing catabolism in cancer and AIDS patients.

  • @bd56

Note you say LOW dosage. Probably much lower than what body builders use. Oxymetholone has the worst side effects of any anabolic steroid. Funny you didn't explain why anabolic steroid use is illegal in the US without medical supervision. You also have no idea what catabolism is. It is essential for life. Catabolism is where larger molecules are broken down into smaller ones that the body can use. Go to school dude, seriously.

  • @SanRafaelSwell Low(er) dosages, yes. I mentioned Oxymetholone as an example, and yes it's used in the treatment of cancer and AIDS patients. It has side effects, as does any other drug on the market. Speaking of catabolism, yes I know what it is. It's essential for life, but muscle catabolism is detrimental for cancer and AIDS patients. Look bro, we can argue this issue for God knows how long. Opinions are like assholes, everybody has one.

  • @bd56

Yeah, I really want to hear you also explain why you'd want to prevent an essential life process in cancer and HIV patients, people that need it the most. Very funny thing for you to say.

  • @SanRafaelSwell No there aren't.

  • @TotalDefiance

Yes, there are. Would you like a list from PubMed?

  • @SanRafaelSwell I would.

  • @SanRafaelSwell if you want diabetes, eat fast food, if you want cancer smoke, if you want to kill your liver, drink alcohol, if you want to fuckin die jump infront of an 18 wheeler. If you wanna be a big motherfucker that lifts heavy weights and feel like a god, DO STEROIDS!

    Not such a hard choice!

  • @SanRafaelSwell

    I am impudent

  • @SanRafaelSwell eat sh!t and die bitch

  • @shadow1985ism

Let me guess, you take steroids and now your brain hardly functions correctly and thus this is all you can say. Go figure.

  • @SanRafaelSwell No.1 - u think im going to waste too many calories typing to a moron??? u dont even quote any pubmed id's, u just carry on talkin crap (probably ur son or someone took steroids (without even having a knowledge of high school biology) and then fucked himself over)). so coz this journal says this, lets all believe it, because that must be a good journal (even though elsevier got caught being paid off to publish crap???).

  • @SanRafaelSwell No.2 - people do a lot of research on the possible risks of steroids usage before administration, only idiots just jump in then wonder "wow, what is causing this gyno", and only bigger idiots sit there with it without having learnt the lesson from the previous lack of research. the risks u mention vary greatly amongst individuals, besides there are measures that can be taken to restore the loss of functon u note, and function returns to normal after cycles also

  • @SanRafaelSwell No.3 u need to learn to spell the conditions attributed to apparent overuse of steroids correctly before u qualify to insult others' "brain function". It's realy funny how u associate lack of brain function with the use of steroids. A study was carried out on students in college to see how well steroid users faired against non steroid users grades wise, and guess what, all the steroid users (of which there was a statistically significant number of), all did much better. EAT THAT!

  • @shadow1985ism

Eat that? Eat what? Your words that such a study exists? Uh, no thanks. Too hard to swallow. How about you give me a link to said study in a private message. Let me read it for myself and then decide. I'd like to learn the methods they used, the number of subjects involved, the stats of the subjects, etc. I refuse to take some anonymous person's word for it. Doesn't really matter, misspelling isn't a measure of intelligence but which word/s did I spell wrong?

  • @shadow1985ism

Not my fault you couldn't say anything else. Eat what exactly? Your word that such a study exists. Sorry dude, no way, too hard to swallow. Got a link you can send me in a private message so I can read it for myself? Spelling isn't a measure of intelligence, you don't know this? Impotent, oops, big deal. This is all you have? You can't address my original statement so you attack my spelling? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA funny. Why don't you try addressing my original point instead

  • @SanRafaelSwell not my fault ur brain isnt functioning properly enough to remember the spelling of one word you've read countless times, so this can be taken as indicative of problems with brain function, perhaps not intelligence, but thats a different look at brain function, so u can stfu on that point. Next, ur initial point (and im not sifting through pages of comments) i assume is this imputence thing?? and gyno?? ahaha everyone has already told u these are transient problems.

  • And anyone who becomes impotent on cycle can clear that up with testosterone, and the gyno can be cleared up on/post cycle with AI's and SERMs. People who sit there with bitch tits and a limp dick on or off cycle and continue on their cycle without attempting to address the problems and dont take measures to bring there natural test production back up and block there estrogen receptors post cycle really need to get back to the books lol. You dont even sound like youre from an endo background!

  • Comment removed

  • @SanRafaelSwell hahahahaah....

  • lol whenever the cramp starts the piano tunes start XD

    ...ow (DUN DUN DUN DUN!!!!)

  • Drink more water. That's what my coach tells us so we can prevent cramps.

  • @avigil600 They dehydrate themselves before a show, it makes their veins stick out more

  • @avigil600 bodybuilders cut water before shows, so they dont retain fluid. they want to look "dry"

  • 0:23, bodybuilder doing what they're best at, eating

  • Eat a fucking banana before going on stage so you won't cramp. Jesus.

  • honestlythats really unpleasent

  • damm iwoud like try that too

  • Everything is worth it. Phenomenal physique. Keep up the good work Dave.

  • When you risk your health for sometemporary recognition, your mind doesn't seem to be as well developed as your body...

    Worthless.

  • @SomeoneCommenting It's not temporary it's for ever , and what's the point of life without doing something you love ! I would rather die doing something I love then for what someone wants me be!!!!

  • That is why you bodybuild naturally ;)

  • he def is natural i think

  • @Russellt0228 Hope to god you're being sarcastic

  • Agreed,Satonamill is correct. His assistant should have some g2 and a batch of bananas right there.Ridiculously dangerous,if you deplete too low,you can end up in seriously bad shape ,in cardiac unit, possible coma. Pottassium/magnesium are nothing to fuck with.

  • Whoever is blaming roids for his cramps , you are all idiots.. these guys dehydrate themselves beyond extreme so their muscles stand out more which caused all that cramping.

  • lol guess roids arent for some people

  • @ICANTRANCE4MYA To put the record straight;cramping onstage is the result of low potassium levels, combination of low magnesium and calcium levels and dehydration. Unless supplementing with those minerals, u are more likely to cramp onstage when posing because muscles dont contract properly when flexing. Every bodybuilder dehydrates so as to show the muscles more- drinking water too early will make u look less defined. Has nothing to do with steroids. Natural bodybuilders cramp too.

  • Drink some fkin water you idiot,

  • Those muscles must be compensating for something.

  • Not healthy at all.

  • Well this is what you get when you dehydrate yourself, tough luck.

  • Yummy, pain!

  • haha dumb bodybuilders giving other bodybuilders a bad name heeh.

eat a banana you dummy. =)

  • those veins look fucking disgusting

  • Dehydration and lack of salt is what's doing this, plain and simple.

  • my face was crampin, my nose was crampin, my anal cavity was crampin...i don't know why. (hint: taking friggin diuretics like you do this will happen dipshit). change that and don't miss pose downs anymore.

  • dude, he is all natural. just eat eat eat. he could participate in an INBA show ANY day of the week and pass the WADA Olympic testing they put you through any...day...of the...week! all you folks saying hes on roids...well, you are just sad sacks that don't know how to eat or train. Any of those guys backstage could do the same. no roids there and that is a FACT!

  • @saturnfan you probably also think WWF wrestling is real, right?

  • @saturnfan I think he is one of the heaviest steroid users.I can tell that from looking him.All those veins and gut like my pregnant aunt. And he obviously took too much diuretics probably Lasix.Anyway,he never achieved anything. He's just a big mouth and think he's above others.I can tell that from listening him for 30 seconds.

  • @MegaPrimoz

Oh and you know a lot about steroids now do you doctor? The gut develops from eating 7000-10000 calories a day during their bulk stage or from HGH. The veins are genetic. Keep your mouth shut unless you know what your talking about.

  • @THuGZZTA And IGF-1,but you probably don't know what that is so shut the fuck up and continue jerking off by watching this dude. And ask your boss for a raise because your poor salary isn't enough any more for the tons of Viagra pills you must use in order to harden your soft dick. And another thing, you wouldn't last five minutes with me in the gym,you poor excuse for a bodybuilder.

  • @MegaPrimoz

Did you have to google HGH to find out it was a growth hormone? I bet you don't even know what the fuck IGF-1 is.Let me guess your 6'2 240lbs? Your mom was raped that's the only reason you were born and your girlfriend cheats on you with some black dude she works with how's that for random insults you stupid fuck.

  • @THuGZZTA When your whorish mom was pregnant they used her as a crash test dummie and she was paid a quarter for doing that. And then you imbecil came,a freak of nature because your slutty mom hit the wall hard by being a fucking crash test dummie.I know that brain surgery didn't work for you,but don't give up,now they invented stronger electro shocks.Oh,and you must not ejaculate when your viagra based dick penetrate your mother's fish stinky cunt, because there's enough freaks already.

  • drink water and eat bananas

  • its not "roids" at all. i get that every now and then.

  • you need potassium eat a banana

  • roids blow all natural its ten times more worth it

  • Urrg, I hate seeing people destroy themselfs like this. I lost my dad from this shit. :/

  • unsteady looks likehes bout to explode

  • if u ever get a cramp at all anywer just breath in the nose and out the mouth dont just stand ther and wait it will just make the muscle soar and wen ur done breathing and the cramp has loosend stretch it out

  • Hey man i know a stretch move u can do to stop that cramp, realy easy, kinda split, hard to explain in words but its easy to do and it works.

  • that happened to me at a show i did 3 years ago. it happened on stage to my hammy but i kinda straightened my leg out and it went away. then after the show at outback the fuckin thing retracted and locked up so tight i almost to my friend to take me to the hospital cuz it wasnt stopping. the shit is for real when your dehydrated

  • why do people do this to them selfs its fucking ugly and disgusting

  • is that billy gunn look a like

  • ok, so i tore my hamstring again for like the 6th time. either im gonna hafta start stretching...or im gonna hafta just workout in the "body shaping" section of the gym.

    FACEBOOK UPDATE june 8th

  • the cramping usually starts backstage???

  • Isn't HGH good for you as you age? Is HGH a steroid are or those 2 seperate things?

  • @MrKli4d a Steriod is an anabolic (The state of muscle recovery) drug. Taking a steroid does not make ur muscles bigger as such..they make the recovery prosses twice as fast meaning ur muscle grow faster. HGH is human growth hormone which enhances testosterone (forget how to spell) input making ur body grow faster.

  • they crap like that because they are really dry(dehydrated) during contests to look sharper and have more muscular definition.

  • roids arent't bad, but they're for cheaters with no respect for the sport or the competitors who spend years sculpting their bodies.

    plus your dick shrinks! :-)

  • @94tib08 Haha you're so fucking dumb. The sport has a lot to do with steroids now. If you don't want to do them, compete in NATURAL bodybuilding. As for the penis thing, you're so ignorant, you're just a parrot repeating what others tell you not knowing wtf is right or wrong because you don't research it. Steroids shrink testicles. So unless you like sticking your balls in a vagina or a dude's ass, it doesn't matter

  • I heard if you drink pickle juice...it helps to get rid of muscle cramps.

  • You're probably right- since it has a high concentration of sodium chloride( a strong electrolyte), bonded with the water in it, it will stay in his system longer than just water alone.

  • I had cramping problems in college after rugby matches. For me, it was caused by high stress (i used to get worked up before games) and problems with electrolytes. Now I eat a big breakfast, drink plenty of pedialyte and stay calm before games and I don't have any problems. In the video, you seem him start to freak out. That probably made the cramps worse.

  • that makes me sick!?!?!ause i just got over one!!! does vitamin E help? if so what does it do?

  • ugh self improvement IS masterbation

  • plantar facitatis

  • none of this cramping from dehydration happend in arnolds day!! and the bodybuilders looked so much better very sad to see this

  • hahahah these guys look so ridiculous. Especially that 50 year old man at 1:36 hahahhahaa nice tan you ugly retard

  • this happened to paul dillet at the mr olympia..except his entire body when stiff as a board on stage....and had to be taken to a hopsital..regardless if I was him I would be drinking some gatorade in between..he could die

  • What happened to Paul Dillet was at the 1994 Arnold Classic and not at the Mr.Olympia.

  • omg its fucking cramping from dehydration, this is truly a puss i didnt cry like a bitch when i won teenage Mr. Tennessee this year every muscle in me was twitching and cramping like a bitch, u bite your lip and push through it, or take some potassium pills

  • Thats what happens when you do that retarded dehydration shit. Lame.

  • at any moment his muscles (that he did everything for em) could betray him.... thats non sense

  • Correct!

His muscles need huge amounts of water and at contest time water intake is restricted. He needs rehydration and some electrolytes most likely.

I hope RTB explains the amount of $ needed to even consider this lifestyle.

  • you are WRONG.

you do know that branch warren does'nt eat much vitamins ? well this cramping is his side effect.

he has a lack of vitamin D, which also decreases the use of Calsium and all the vitamin B's (specually vitamin b6 and b12).

yes ofcourse water is needed, but I bet you he drink enough of that.

  • my bad this is not branch warren. sorry my fault ! hah !

but still these vitamins are crusual.

    srry for my bad english.

  • You have a pretty good grasp of English, but a poor panoply of knowledge about human physiology and nutrition, let alone BB contest prep.

Suffice it to say simply, dehydration may cause cramping as can a deficiency in any number of vitamin or blood plasma eletrolyte combinations.

  • yes, but vitamin D also can cause cramping.

    let me quote franco columbu;

functions of vitamin D; one of the more important functions relating to bodybuilders is regulating the metabolism of phosphorus and calcium, since lack of calcium in the diet causes cramps, and both minerals are neccessary for strong bone tissue.

    source: the bodybuilerd's nu

vitamin D assists. calcium intake and working.

  • he shouldve done it right b4 posing hes not gonna get fat in just a few minutes

  • flex a bodypart really hard and hold try and what zippyman said

  • hahahahahahahahahhahah

  • Poor guy cramping really hurts.

  • I get cramps on my middle toe sometimes...

    but I don't really lift.

    Maybe a dietary thing?

  • 1:33 Siiiick cramps !!!
