  • LO MEJOR ES EL SMASH DE NADAL QUE DEVOLVIÓ ROGER SIN DUDA !

  • The crowd is just like Grand Slam Tennis on Wii!

  • he didnt have rivals? well yep, he was just too good :D

  • Whoever says Fed was lucky..to be in a weak era... lemme solve the paradox for those dickheads...lets say fed was in a weak era...tht means he had many flaws...which wd have been punished in todays times...okhay..tht makes him an average player... lolzz...n rafa beats him quite a few times...so be it...rafa beats an so called average player only..so how the hell he becomes a great!!... :)).. am nt even bringing the skewed ratio. of surface meetings between the two...

    .

  • Rafa looks like a pig in the game :)

  • Federer is the greatest monarch in history, and Nadal is the greatest rebel leader in history

  • Love the crowd.

  • Who would dislike this!?!?

  • Jesus I can't stand Federer's brainwashed fans. He's the greatest of all-time, but he was only a "God" for 3 years. Rafa figured him out and got the mental and physical edge in 2008, and Fed has never gained the majority of ground back since. 2009 was a lucky fluke. Federer has not beaten Nadal in a Slam final since 2007. If Rafa can hold his ground over Novak after the year the Djoker had, he will likely go down as an equal to Federer, who NOW, may I add, is an immoral, ungraceful crybaby.

  • UHHH

  • 0.20 amazing

  • how the hell did federer return that smash?

I think that is a question with no answer

  • Best Wimbledon final I've seen

    Top 3:

    #1: Federer v Nadal 2008

    #2: Ivanisevic v Rafter 2001

    #3: Sampras v Ivanisevic 1998

N.B Theres no Borg, McEnroe, Becker etc... because I wasn't around when it happened (I was born in 1990)

  • ONLY ROGER COULD RETURN THIS SMASH :P

  • This was when Nadal was the best playey in the world. And for me the best player ever.

  • All you had to do was put Three more points in a row, Roger......

  • I am also very impressed with Roger's return of smash. =)

  • That is NOT the greatest point...Federer was on defense the whole time

  • GAME NADALA

  • Well done Federer

  • 0:30 Dad Federer applauds, classy. Toni Nadal is fair aswell. But I'm sure Judy Murray or Djokovic parents would have spit to their son's opponent instead of applauding the great shots.

  • IF GRASS OF WIMBLEDON DIDN'T GET MORE SLOW YEAR TO YEAR NADAL WOULDN'T PASS NEITHER TO SECOND ROND

  • Awesome reflex of Federe on Nadal's smash !!!

  • He can cry all he wants, there is only one god, there is only one king and that is RF!

  • @KaneMaestro RF or RaFa

  • @simobgbgbg Of course King Roger Federer, AKA the greatest tennis player of all times!

  • @simobgbgbg

RF logo for Federer :):D Federer best of all time , and that s it

  • @87Logitech I said that to oppose u lol! I now what Rf is but after Nole and rafa appeared RF can' do shit! He was lucky to be at his peak at a time when there wasn't any real rivals? Tell me who was on RF's level before Rafa appeared? Sure he is one of the greatest but without any real rivals who wouldn;t be! lol

  • @simobgbgbg

When Federer play his best tennis , no one can t beat him. Look Djokovic he play best tennis this year, but Federer play on his highest level in semi final in Roland Garos and win him, all I wanna say is when he play best and when he have good day, no one can t beat him, sorry on my english :)

  • @simobgbgbg Maybe Hewitt, Roddick, Nalbandian (And that's for the two years where Nadal wasn't around, 2003 and 2004). If Rafa is truly the greatest why was Federer No. 1 until half of 2008?

  • @simobgbgbg you are a retard. it doesnt seem like federer had any rivals because he pretty much won EVERYTHING. if roddick had gotten 5 or 6 of the grand slams that federer had won, we would all be talking about the huge federer roddick rivalry and how they are two of the greatest. from 2003-2009, fed pretty much won almost every grand slam. it can be argued that agassi, an 8 time slam champion, was a rival for federer from around 2003-2005, but after that, federer beat all of his "rivals"

  • @simobgbgbg Federer won his first grand slam in 2003, Rafa in 2005. There was only two years difference, you can hardly say Federer was at his peak without rivals. His peak was 2004-07 during which time Nadal won 3 French Opens (beating Fed twice) and two Wimbledon finals, he was always a significant rival. Roger has all the attributes to claim the GOAT title - 16 slams, elegance of play, ambassador for the sport- a true inspiration with all the world records. RF4EVA

  • @simobgbgbg I disagree, at now Federer will lose to Rafa and Djokovic, that's right. But that's mainly because RF is getting old. If you put a 25-years-old Rafa and a 25-years-old RF to a match, RF surely will win. Let's take 2006 Shanghai Master Cup as an example, both of them are in their peak and RF still came up with great shots to defeat Rafa. I am not saying Rafa is bad, but you can't say RF can just do a shit. RF, Nalbandian and Hewitt, 3 of them have some classic match between them.

  • @BrianCuber RAFA wasn't at its peak until 2008 Wimbledon! Before 2008 he wasn't as good as he is now on hard courts!

  • @simobgbgbg

Haha seriously.. Who would say Rafa was a his peak at 20 years old!? That guy must be insane

  • @simobgbgbg Before 2008 he was only the King of Clay. Today he's very versatile. It's a shame that RF is not a god anymore, but he can still pull out some flashy winners now and again. Can't wait for the ATP World Tour, Djoko and Nadal battling it out again.

  • @simobgbgbg after Nadal's first slam the score is 12 x 10 for Federer. what about it?

  • @simobgbgbg to jump in on this conversation i think that if you put a HEALTHY Rafa at his "peak" and a HEALTHY Fed at his "peak" on the same court the universe probably would tear apart. with the advancing technology making athleticism even more important it's safe to say that tennis is at its all time high. no disrespect to the old greats like bjorg, sampras, mcenroe, etc. they were great at their time today's time is just better.

  • @simobgbgbg 6-3 6-0 to federer in london masters final. now shut up =)

  • @simobgbgbg round robin match i mean :D but masters final tournament

  • @simobgbgbg

    federer - nadal 63 60

  • @eli9748 I think it's in line with a noble spirit to boast out about an easy victory upon a QUARTER of your main rival at the end of a season in which your champion (for he IS a champion) didn't win ANY title...

  • @simobgbgbg Okay, there are many flaws in your arguments.

1.) Federer had many rivals, including but not limited to: Agassi, Safin, Hewitt, Nalbandian, Nadal, Murray, and Djokovic.

2.) "but after Nole and rafa appeared RF can' do shit!" They didn't "appear" at their peak idiot. Federer completely dominated Nole and Rafa when they came onto the scene, but Rafa was still the Clay court specialist back then.

3.) Everyone has their peak. Rafa's is nearing the end or passed. Nole is at his. Shut up.

  • @BIGBANGxSHINee Federer did, in NO way, dominate Rafa when he first came out. The first match they played, in Miami, Rafa won handily 6-3 6-3 when Federer was just reaching dominace. Federer has never been able to win 3 matches in a row against Rafa and never will. Rafa on the other hand defeated him 5 times in a row in 2006, one of Federer's best years.

  • @BIGBANGxSHINee 1) You can't actually compare two careers until they are both finished, and Federer is older than Nadal 2) You can take the two players at their best and I say that best Nadal BEATS best Federer 3) If you sum up all the technical abilities I think they would finish in pair 4) Nadal wins matches that seemed lost, Federer loses matches that seemed won 5) The former owns the latter for mental attitude, and WON all the High Tension clashes

    WHO IS THE BEST???

  • @BrianCuber not true i love federer, their isnt a more beautiful player of the sport but i mean 2004 miami a 17 year old kid beats the world number 1 at his prime on hard court. you cant say anything rafa kicked ass that time, he was fearless he saw his opportunity and took that shit. since that time he got into federers head, he didn't have that much of a problem with djokovic for a while but rafa was always their messing his shit up.

  • @BrianCuber

But during the same year, when as you put it both of them were at their peak, Nadal destroyed Federer on clay. And it's difficult to call RF the best of all time as he's never been really successful on clay, which is an important surface. He grabbed French Open title in 2009 only because he did not play Nadal.

  • @BrianCuber To be fair, Rafa was no where near his peak in 2006. Rafa and Nole are pushing each other now so hard that they are better than they ever were. Just watch Australian Open Final 2012 or US Open Final 2011 and you'll understand.

  • @simobgbgbg is it true that there's no true rivals at RF's peak? how about we say that RF simply demolished every single player effortlessly at his peak, and so no real names are remembered except RF? for example, if RF and RN haven't had got their fame long time before this year, they will also be thought of as nobody when Nole is dominating this year, and only Nole will be remembered. Then your theory will kind of suggest that there's no real rivals in 2011 and disregard Nole's domination

  • @KaneMaestro Nadal dont cry, but federer yes :)

  • @KaneMaestro i am not a rafa or federer fan but, how can federer be the king when he has a losing record against nadal in h2h and grandslam matches played

  • @nizzam1 i think you have to consider his whole career not just matches against rafa i think he's got more titles than rafa. I'm rafa's fan but i can admit that roger is the best player ever. people seem to forget about him especially this year when djokovic won all the major titles but you can't rule him out yet.

  • that crowd is crazy^^

  • DAMN HIS MUSCLE IS FUCKING HUGE

  • @Play4dafun steroids

  • i cant believe federer got that back like that!

  • this point pretty much summed up the match.....nadal in control, federer somehow manages to get back in it,then nadal wins in spectacular fashion

  • @Mirren81 Rafa has talent and skill alright and also an amazing willingness to work hard, keep focused and not give up. He does not have quite the easy talent of Roger; he says so himself. So he has to work that much harder and that's a big reason why his fans admire and love him.

  • @pynchonho4life any1 who knows anything about tennis knows ur talkin bullshit-federer works just as hard, this is wt he does 2 become a multi-millionaire, like any pro he works his but off. His tennis style means he looks conservative but he does work his shitloads of court i promise you

  • federer was just 2 points away

  • @lacheyrulez 3 points you mean

  • @christarboy Right here we has three points away, but he was two points away several other times.

  • @mirren81 what the fuck man? Nadal is one amazing tennis player and he is one of the best! So you shut up, you dont know anything about tennis sick bastard!

  • @Mirren81 ur mom is a boring topspin monkey

  • @Mirren81 Right.. he just beat one of the greatest players in the history of the sport... no talent required at all.... just a horrible...horrible player.

Give me a break! Pull your head out of your ass - Nadal is a beast.

  • @Mirren81

LOL, I understand you hate the guy because always kills Federer. But Nadal is freaking talented bro. You cant win all those titles only running, this is tennis.

  • @Mirren81 HA HA Now you must be spinning yourself in therapy chair with your hair pulling talent.Take your medications any way.You need it.You may one day recover from your delusions.

  • @Mirren81 hahahhahahahahahhahahahahhaha you do it better, right? hahaah funny fellow you are.

  • @Mirren81 Uh huh.

  • dijmo123 1.take a deep breath

    2. think of someone u like

    3. press F10 5 times

    4. send this to 5 youtube videos

    5. look at ur backround

  • that was definitely not the best point of the match but a good one at a good time, for nadal at least

  • Nadal's luck is amazing ... he misses his forehand and wins the point because of his miss haha ... so amazing ... This guy is gold.

    Luck man in person.

But very nice to see though

  • @jonatev00 wtf???? Youre saying that's luck? No one deserves that kinda luck if they don't have his kinda skills

this point shows federer's lack of balls in 2008. first shot he has options with he just plays a pathetic slice to the middle of the court begging nadal to rip it for a winner. he did the same damn thing in the very next point

  • thank you and i stand by that comment

  • you must be in denial if you didnt notice Feds confidence problems during that final and most of 08. just watch the 1st few games of the match. he gave away the softest break ive ever seen. and 1 of 13 break points converted, thats not the stat of a confident man.

  • dude have you seen the rest of his shots in the tourny (make that his entire LIFE)? YOU, my good sir, are a retard.

  • uhh am i talking about his other matches? no

  • uhh am I talking about his other matches? no. i was referring to this match in general. his shots are fucking amazing. if you dont see that then...idk.

  • dis is a great point but i tink de opener of the 4th set tiebreak was better

  • yeeeeooooooooooooohhh lmao I would be falling over the stands too. I feel the crowd's excitement every time i watch this point.

  • lol nadal is so doll zugespritzt, dass er bei jedem jubel mit dem linken arm gleichzeitig das linke bein hebt looool

  • Hdf destoroy Nadal nimmt keine Mittel!

  • i love grass courts, the quality of youtube is so much better compared to clay

  • listen to the crowd!!!!!

    hahahahaha

  • Class

  • jajajajajajajajajaja

  • haaa the crowd is soo funnny

  • brilliant point! the forehand winner was great think of all the focus he had to put into it after the ups and downs of the point

    class

  • that was actually federer's mistake that nadal could hit a forehand and get the point cuz from federer's position he was like shouting "hit it there u'll get the point"

  • That really was the best point of that match. After that point Nadal broke Federer and served for the title. That point really boosted Rafa's confidence while it shook Federer up.

  • exactly!

  • Rafa..no bum scratch? C'mon!!!
