He was doing a hard mech build, and his enemy teased him saying he didn't have enough tanks. So, Boxer made over 9000 factories and produced only tanks. Then Boxer said: "That is many tanks. Yes?", bragging that now he had enough tanks. By the way, Boxer won that game.
So, after that, when something is hardly massed, it is commonly said "That is many X. Yes?"
