There is hunger in Africa and all these different places because indigenous peoples are not taught how to farm. Third world countries being far less industrialized than those in the West provide a perfect soil for farming, but because tribesmen are not taught how to farm, they stick to their hunter-gatherer culture and in turn many of them starve.
