  • My favorite bird Muraki Kazutaka-piyo (RIP) almost always slept laying down. He slept like a human for some reason and the doc said he was ok

  • and people that say you can't cuddle a bird like a dog or cat, have never owned one ^-^

  • @lacewinglml Those people are crazy! XD all the small parrots I owned loved to cuddle with me! In fact they'd get mad if they didn't get their cuddly time every day lol

  • @yakurimoe I grew up raising small birds, parrots and other exotics. And most all the parrots and birds of a size of a parakeet or bigger LOVE cuddles and will get very complainy if they don't get their snuggle time.

  • How cute! :) My little parrotlet likes to snuggle/sleep on my computer keyboard because he likes the warmth... But he gets a similar happy look on his face when he gets really relaxed!

  • O

    M

    G!!!!!!

  • super cute!!!

  • Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

  • that is too cute...i was always under the impression that you can't pet birds... i am totally mistaken....now i want one....

  • @dangerbug1 Not all lovebirds are this sweet. Just sayin.... :) my other lovie- LollyPop would bite your toes, hands, jugular. she was mean. i loved her regardless.

  • Awww, my little lovey does the same thing!

  • they all sleep like that lol my bird loves to sleep like that is so cute.

  • What a sweet heart! She really does love you. How old is she in the video? My daughter's lovebird is exactly the same! She's 3 months though so I hope she stays like this when she reaches maturity. I didn't think to make of video of this yet but I should right. Check out my photo montage to see her. We named her Miss Vivi - She's a darling!

  • @xxLabrat407xx Lily'mo is about a year old here :)

  • unbelievable O_O

  • @TheNoztrum haha

  • my lovebirds are scared of me, i mean i aint going to do something bad to them, but i guess thats how it it is, i wish i had your lovebird she is so adorable and cute i wish mine did that .

  • @wag1srkdeepika my birds have been socialized, handled from the time they hatched from an egg. birds left without contact tend to act wild. so think of them as wild-its normal. takes a lot of time and consistancy to tame older birds. this lovie is exceptionally tame. kinda goofy too

  • She is so cute. I wish my budgie did that... I guess I'm getting a love bird

  • lol..

  • What a little sweetie!

    <3

  • Aww, how cute!

  • this is so adorable!

  • Birdy snuggles are the best, they are so cute!

except for when they crap on your pillow, that kind of sucks.

  • @verticalsmurf haha! i almost wrote, "no shit."

  • your bird is so cute! but I have to say that it's a HE. Females don't have such bright red markings near the beak. They are much more pale. Anyways, congrats for having such an adorable little fella! :)

  • This one is a female, SHE looks like mine(really bright red) that is also female. And yes, I'm sure that my lovebird is female cause she lays eggs!

  • @Nakka92 sorry to break the news.. Lily'mo laid an egg. she is a girl :) and a peachface lovebird. this is typical feather colour.

  • How adorable!!! Did she just start laying down one day, or did you teach her?

  • Lily'Mo is just a goofball... she just did this one day.. and i grabbed the camera. i think because she knew i'd preen her feathers.. lol

  • @btwirler7 she just happened to and i had the camera nearby :) haha.

  • cute

  • Aww she always looks so happy whenever you pet her :)

  • Such a sweety ^^ I would be so afraid of squishin her tho if I nodded off

  • So cute!Lovely...

    I do love love-bird!!

  • Amazing to have this!

  • DId you hand feed her? She is soooo calm and loves to be cuddled! How did you do it???

  • yes, she was handfed; not by me. i adopted her when she was still a black-beaked kid.. maybe a couple weeks weaned. i believe shes a great bird because she came from a responsible and reputable lovebird aviary. or i got REALLY lucky.

  • @loltomiconure Even birds that haven't been hand-fed can cajoled into this kind of behavior :) I've had a few

  • @pdaervo yep. and its easier to handle lovies when started at a young age.

  • Oh, too cute for words! I'd love to have one. She looks so content when you stroke her. ^-^

  • So cute!... :)

  • shes so cute i want a little lovebird...

  • shes a handful!
